Equipment- Opt for an LCD television that can be fixed onto the wall without consuming much space. Choose a small size fridge that you place on one of your kitchen countertops to avoid using the limited floor space and cramping it all.

Have cupboards fixed into the walls instead of buying too many shelves, racks and almirahs.
